Money-Back Guarantee
We believe in our product. That's why we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with InvGear for any reason within the first 15 days of your paid subscription, simply contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately by our team. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard billing settings or by contacting support.
- Monthly Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next month.
- Annual Plans: Cancellation prevents auto-renewal. Your access continues until the end of your paid year. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused months in an annual plan after the 15-day guarantee period.
Templates & Add-ons
Premium Invoice Templates and other digital add-on purchases are non-refundable. Since these are digital goods that can be downloaded and used immediately, we cannot offer refunds once the purchase is complete. Please verify the template preview before purchasing.
